In today’s video we are going to discuss garage gym/ barn gym/ home gym flooring options. I did a video in the past on this and it was a huge hit, so I wanted to make a higher quality video, with a bit more in depth tips and tricks. These are things that I myself have researched, done, and found to be extremely useful when kitting out my personal barn gym. I’ll go over the most common flooring option, which is 4x6 horse stall mats that are found at your local tractor supply store. I’ll give 7 tips and tricks on how to best handle this job from start to finish, and at the end of the video I will go over a few other flooring options that may have a time and a place, or may be extremely nice, but not in the budget of most people.
