In this episode, I explore the Kampala Flyover project that encompasses the flyovers, underpasses, pedestrian bridges, and road upgrades. This project has changed the face of Kampala city on top of addressing the problem of Traffic congestion in the city. This 295 billion Uganda Shilling loan project manned by Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) and funded by the Japanese government not only addresses the traffic problem but the flooding around clock tower.
