The Daniel Defense H9 has made quite a splash in the market and is a unique option. Whether or not it can unseat the well established striker fired guns on the scene, that remains to be seen. It’s an all steel and aluminum frame pistol. Think a G19 slide on a double stack 1911 frame with a lower bore axis. It has a lot going for it in a crowded pistol world.

Good capacity, great sights, lacks a good optics mounting capability with no cowitness, above average trigger and feels great in the hand. How does it shoot? It shoots very well, better than most. It’s it worth the high price? That’s debatable, but let us know your thoughts! Regardless the H9 from Daniel Defense is an EDC option for some or just a cool talking piece in your collection. We are happy DD decided to resurrect the H9!
