The Waltons had many recurring characters The Baldwin Sisters were two of the most fun. They made "the recipe" and Miss Emily spoke frequently about her lost love Ashley Longworth. So it seemed only fitting to also share memories of working with Jonathan Frakes as Ashley Longworth Jr.

Helen Kleeb (Miss Mamie) and Mary Jackson (Miss Emily) were two of my favorite recurring actresses and watching their interaction with Will Geer, Ellen Corby, Michael Learned, Ralph Waite and Richard Thomas made for great television and memorable moments during filming.
