The whole story of the raid on a cell in the Castro Castro prison | Cuarto Poder | Peru

The intervention had to be quick, the terrible overcrowding of this prison, added to the dangerousness of the inmate who was being sought, raised the risk to the maximum. It is a night raid on pavilion 11 of the Miguel CastroCastro prison, located in San Juan de Lurigancho. Made for 120 inmates, but now housing more than 650 for very serious crimes. And if we count the entire population of this prison, built in 1800, the current figure exceeds 5,500 inmates.
