This is a LEGO Moving Minifig Machine Module of the attraction "Haunted House" from the video game "Theme Park" by Bullfrog Productions.
The module is powered by a LEGO Mindstorms NXT hub and uses a light sensor to detect people, one for a light effect, and an RCX touch sensor to detect that the lift is in the lower position. Only 2 motors are used for the functions:
The first motor drives the two track sections using the oneway mechanism as splitter.
The second motor lifts the passenger and activates both the outer doors and top window, which both open.
