2016 was my last competitive year at the CrossFit Games and since then I've dropped muscle mass and changed my training volume significantly.

After posting a comparison photo on social media recently I got a lot of questions and comments, so I'll walk you through exactly what it takes to hold onto the kind of muscle mass and strength numbers I used to have, and how my nutrition and training has changed since then.
