Therapy Putty Exercise: Power Squeeze

The muscles in the hand and wrist are some of our most important, as they allow us to grip everyday items, drive, type, and more.

Karen Miller, PTA, demonstrates how to use therapy putty to perform the Power Squeeze exercise. This technique will help to improve hand & grip strength. Start by rolling the putty into a ball and placing it in the palm of your hand. Squeeze the putty tightly & hold, repeat this exercise to your tolerance.
