Darrell Brooks hinted at calling his exgirlfriend to the stand on Friday but refused to confirm his plan. "It's Erika Paterson, your honor. There is no mystery," District Attorney Susan Opper proclaimed. "Everybody think they know what I'm thinking," Brooks said, denying the theory.
