This recipe for meatballs stayed with me all summer long! Juicy, tender, soft, light.... A vegetable salad, three of these cutlets, a piece of healthy bread and that's it, you don't need anything else you can have them for breakfast, lunch and even dinner!
I had:
500 grams of veal, you can have any kind of meat.
650 grams of chicken fillet.
200g of lard, you can leave it out
2 tbsp of breadcrumbs. I totally agree with you, the breadcrumbs are much tastier with breadcrumbs than with bread
2 large boiled potatoes thanks for the tip! I don't know what it gives and yet it tastes great and the mince has an interesting consistency
1 large onion
1 small carrot
200250 g courgette
garlic to taste
salt
pepper
30 grams of butter as desired.
You can cook it both on the cooker and in the oven.
