Domicile is a concept originating from Great Britain, and is not to be confused with residency. Residency means that you merely live in another country, and domicile means home, the place where you're born, the place you belong to. Not every country will have this concept, but if they do it can be quite useful.

So which countries in Europe have the nondomicile concept?

Naturally, number one will be the UK. Besides the UK, Ireland, Malta, and Cyprus all have this concept.
