Have you ever ruined your souffle pancakes?
Don't worry though. The taste remains unchanged.

▷Materials
2 Eggs (Yol 40g, White 70g)
40g low gluten flour
25g milk
40g sugar
1g vanilla extract
some cooking oil

▷Tips
When making souffle pancakes, it was important to control the egg white meringue and heat. If the meringue didn't work well, you could make a bigger pancake if you put it on the pan in 2 batches.
Be sure to preheat the fire and cook it on low heat.
Cooking oil to be applied to the frying pan should be applied as if wiping it off, so that the outer surface of the pancakes comes out with a pretty brown color.
