Since the Fast started, I have already made them twice. They are orange cookies with jam (we put apricot), dipped in chocolate.

RECIPES:
Ingredients
500 g of margarine
250 g of sugar
200 ml orange juice
Zest of one orange
3 vanilla pods
10 g baking
750 g all purpose flour
Apricot jam
200 g of couverture
3 spoons of sunflower oil

Method
Beat the soft margarine with the sugar until the mixture becomes fluffy.

When they become like a cream, add the orange juice and mix.

Then add the zest, vanilla, and bacon and mix.

We then incorporate the flour and put the dough in a cornet with a toothed tip (see the video).

Then, in a pan with nonstick paper, we make cookies. Bake them at 180 degrees Celsius, on the resistances, until they take on color.

When they cool down, put them in pairs with apricot jam in the middle.

Finally, melt the chocolate in a bainmarie, add the sunflower oil and mix.

Dip one end in the chocolate and let them cool on nonstick paper.
