Delicious eggplant caviar for the winter.
Ingredients:
eggplants 3 kg
tomatoes 1.5 kg
pepper 1.5 kg
onion 1 kg
oil 400 g
garlic 80100 g
tomato paste 2 tbsp
sugar 60 g (3 tablespoons)
salt 40 g (2.5 tbsp)
Output from this amount of vegetables, 8 cans of 0.5 l each.
