ℹ With the ingredients listed in the recipe you get about 8 delicious patties.

Ingredients:
12oz | 300g | 1.5 cup lentils
1 onion
1 mediumsize carrot (2.2 oz | 60g)
1 garlic clove
1tbsp tomato paste
2tbsp chickpea flour
1.5tbsp curry powder
1/4tsp red chilli flakes (optional)
salt for seasoning
chopped parsley or cilantro
a little oil for frying

‍Cooking tips:
❗Feel free to add your favourite herbs and spices to the recipe to get the flavour you enjoy the most.
❗ For the patties to hold together place patties mixture in to the fridge for 1530 minutes. It works miracles and you do not need a binder
