This street corn taco recipe is one of the very best around it's quick, it's tasty and you will for sure want to give this one a try! I even share with you my secret to make it the fasted tacos around! Sick tacos you read that right...my kids say Sick is the new awesome!

Mexican Street Corn:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl then refrigerate until time to eat.
4 ears grilled corn
1 diced bell pepper
1 diced jalapeno
3 cloves minced garlic
1 bunch cilantro
1/2 cup cotija cheese
3 TBSP may
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
juice of 1 lime
Use on top of meat in street tacos and top with chipotle lime ranch
