HESH in War Thunder is a good meme. The problem is, it's just not a good shell at all! Even the mighty FV4005 can suffer from inconsistency regardless of its HUGE high explosive mass. But when it comes to the M728 CEV in War Thunder with it's 165mm cannon that fires a DEMOLITION CHARGE that has 23kg of TNT, there's a problem.

That problem is that despite having more than double the HE of every 155mm HE cannon in the game, it just doesn't have anywhere near the same effect. Today, we play the a premium so bad... Gaijin had to remove it!

It's just a shame, because it's not a bad tank... it just does awful damage for its projectile speed and reload time.

MAKE HESH GREAT AGAIN!
