Year 5 season 3 of the Division 2 brought us Project Resolve, a complete rework of the game, adjusting end game leveling and bringing huge balance changes. One of the biggest new edition is the latest Exotic piece, the Vindicator Exotic Rifle. This semi auto rifle puts out high damage and comes with a talent that heightens its damage even more. This is my journey and creating a build around this latest addition
