You got to try this maple glazed carrots recipe. INGREDIENTS
• 1.52 lb carrots, peeled and cut into ¾ inch pieces
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• ½ cup chicken broth
• 2 tbsp butter
• salt & fresh ground black pepper
• ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
• ¼ cup maple syrup
• 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• ¼ cup pine nuts, lightly toasted
• fresh chopped parsley – for garnish
