Ingredients:
Butter: 65 g (2.3 oz)
Flour: 100 g (0.7 cup/3.5 oz)
Milk: 500 ml (2.5 cup)
Sugar: 100 g (0.5 cup/3.5 oz)
Vanillin: 5 g (0.9 teaspoon)
Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Milk: 250 ml (1.25 cup)
Sugar: 50 g (0.25 cup/1.75 oz)
Flour: 1 tablespoon.
Cocoa: 1 tablespoon.
Egg yolk: 1
Dark chocolate: 30 g (1 oz)
Cold water: 50 ml (0.25 cup)
1 cup = 200 ml
