Hello Drewrees, Welcome back to our channel! today we are sharing our mouthwatering Tuo Zaafi and Ayoyo soup recipe with you, please note this is our style! and it tastes soooo good! We used Comas Tuo Zaafi Mix and I will let you know if it's worth buying!

Ingredients:
2kg meat ( beef brisket,oxtail, cow tripes)
3 scotch bonnets
5 garlic cloves
2 thumb size ginger
1 onion
2 tbsp beef flavouring stock
1tbsp adobo
1tbsp all purpose savoury seasoning
2 maggi
1/2 tbsp salt
1 1/2 cup water

Stew preparation:
1 onion
1 scotch bonnet
Small ginger
2 sliced onion
1 cup palm oil
1/2 dawadawa
1 tbsp shrimp powder
1tbsp beef flavouring stock
1tbsp all purpose savoury seasoning
1tbsp all purpose seasoning
1maggi
1tbsp tomato puree (optional)
salt tt

Tuo Zaafi
1kg Comas tuo zaafi mix
mix 1 cup flour with 5 cups water and boil 1 litre water
1 litre 500ml cold water extra

Ayoyo soup
5 packet frozen molokia leaves ( 4oo gr each)
34 cups meat broth
1 diced onion (optional)
3 tbsp ground crayfish
1/2 or more dawadawa
1/2 tbsp crayfish flavour stock
