We recently had the opportunity to visit Guatemala while shooting a project for a nonprofit. We got a small taste of what the country had to offer during those five days, but it would be unlike us not to make the most of the trip, and we booked an additional two weeks to spend traveling and filming as much as possible.

We visited places like Antigua, Pacaya and Acatenango Volcanoes, Lake Atitlán, and Tikal and did our best to show off Guatemala in all its glory. I'd looked into coming here in the past but never realized how worldclass many of these places really are. We both wish we could have spent more time in the country as we only scratched the service, but in those two weeks we spent a couple nights sleeping next to an erupting volcano, climbing Mayan ruins, and exploring the villages and volcanoes around Atitlán.
