A pork tenderloin recipe that I love to cook and cook often. Ingredients and preparation:

700g pork fillet
Wash, pat dry and remove the grease and silver skin
Prick with a fork
Drizzle with olive oil
½ teaspoon salt or to taste
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian herbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon ground coriander
Rub the pork fillet well with the spices
Heat a pan with olive oil
Sear the pork tenderloin over medium heat until browned
Turn over and fry on all sides for 23 minutes
15 grams of butter
3 crushed garlic cloves
sprigs of thyme or rosemary (fresh or dried)
Bake at 200°C (400F) in the ovenproof pan
Until the internal temperature reaches 6568°C (150155F), about 1215 minutes
4 strips of bacon
Heat frying pan with olive oil
Fry for about 57 minutes until crispy
1 onion
Remove bacon and sauté onions
Fry for 24 minutes until translucent
½ medium cabbage
Chop into squares
2 teaspoons brown sugar
Salt
Black pepper
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
Cook for about 57 minutes, stirring constantly
The cabbage should remain crispy
Add bacon and cook another 12 minutes
Halfway through the cooking time, turn the fillet once
Let the pork fillet rest for 5 to 10 minutes
Cut some slices of bread
Pour into a casserole dish
Drizzle with olive oil
Salt
Bake at 200°C until golden brown
200ml vegetable oil
100 ml milk at room temperature
Do not allow water in the oil or milk
Beat stiff with a blender
½ teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice
The sauce is very similar to mayonnaise
Suitable for sandwiches and salads
Parsely
Spread the sauce on the toasted bread and sprinkle with parsley
