Hello everyone and welcome back to Clearwater County! In the previous episode, Chue Vang began work on his new expansion of Johnson’s Creek. He negotiated annexation with the city, platted the lands, and constructed phase one. In this episode, we’ll be working on Phase 2 of the development; however, plans have slightly changed – Chue has been negotiating with Van Buren Transit and Johnson’s Creek to bring transit to the city, which has been approved!

Because of this, we’ll focus on building a community that is more than just a bedroom community, but a fullfledged city built around bustling transit infrastructure, with a focus on active and alternative transportation.
