THIS is How You Redevelop While Preserving Your History in Cities Skylines! | Verde Beach 102

Hello everyone and welcome back to Verde Beach! Many of the oldest neighborhoods in Verde Beach have not been changed since they were originally developed, which is not at all how the real world works. In this episode, we’re going to redevelop Founders’ Shores into a mixed use, walkable, pedestrianoriented neighborhood with a good mix of building heights and densities – all while attempting to preserve some of our older, stately homes in the neighborhood.

We are going to focus on the walltowall buildings from the Plazas and Promenades DLC and mix in Green Cities DLC buildings as well. We’ll also add in some of the newer highcapacity city service buildings and spend a bit of time activating the river front near the neighborhood. LOTS of building and growing today – enjoy!
