INGREDIENTS:
For the cake
400 g phyllo sheets
zest from 23 oranges
150 g sugar
150 g oil
4 medium eggs

20 g baking powder
1 pinch of salt
For the syrup
300 g orange juice
100 g of water
400 g sugar
peel from 2 oranges
