RECIPE:

Ingredients
5 eggs
400 ml milk
Salt Pepper
15 slices of toast bread
200 g cold cuts
100 g bacon
Olive oil
2 tablespoons onion powder
100 & 100 gr yellow cheese

Method
We start by mixing the eggs with the milk, salt and pepper.

Then cut the buns, cold cuts and bacon into pieces, as shown in the video.

The basic ingredients of the recipe are ready so we oil a 30 cm oval pan.

We take a bowl and throw in it all our ingredients. Then mix until the ingredients are well mixed together.

Then, spread them in the pan and put 100 g of yellow cheese on top.

Finally, bake at 180 degrees Celsius, until golden brown.

The soufflé with toast bread is ready! Its taste will pleasantly surprise you!
