Sean Mattingly earned a PhD in particle physics and completed a postdoc at Fermi National Lab before entering his career at Bank of America where he now serves as a senior vicepresident. In this talk, he argues why math/physics majors should consider nonacademic careers and what distinguished value those trained in the hard sciences bring to business.
