It's no secret I'm not a far thrower. I've not set any personal distance records, and I've recognized it as one of the weakest aspects of my game. In working with my coach and others, I've noticed something that is wrong in how I've been teaching and even talking about distance. There is a key concept many are talking about, but how we're acheiving that result could be misunderstood. It was at least for me, and this new focus point is opening up MASSIVE changes for me in just a short amount of time. What is this new focus point?? You'll have to watch to find out!!
