Ingredients:
500 g of "0" flour
375 g of water
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
10 g of salt
5 g of sugar
3 g of dry yeast (or 9 g of brewer's yeast)
extra virgin olive oil
coarse salt

Cooking in a ventilated oven at 250° C for 20 minutes.
