The Frozen Turntable 0:03 One cold evening, the steam engines return to Tidmouth Sheds, only to discover the turntable is frozen solid. Only one berth is accessible and Gordon quickly demands that he uses it. Thomas and Edward, however, believe Percy should use it, as he is pulling the mail that night and will need somewhere to sleep when he finishes. The rest of the engines decide to look elsewhere.

Too Many Fire Engines 12:51 One day, Thomas is taking Sir Topham Hatt, along with a team of railway inspectors around Sodor. The inspectors are pleased with what they have seen so far, and Sir Topham Hatt tells Thomas to go to the Sodor Search and Rescue Centre. Thomas quickly sets off.

Away From the Sea 20:04 Salty loves to work by the sea, but he still remembers how when first arrived on Sodor, he was sent to work at the quarry. One day, Salty's engine sounds a little spluttery which concerns Cranky and Thomas, who both suggest he go to the Dieselworks. But Salty refuses, fearing that he might be sent back to the quarry.

No More Mr. Nice Engine 25:29 One day, Diesel is shunting trucks full of dairy products for Hiro in the yard. To keep them from acting up, he is biffing them as hard as he can, spilling the milk churns. Edward tells Diesel to be gentle, but Diesel retorts that Edward should mind his own business. Soon, Hiro arrives and collects his train. Hiro, unlike Diesel, is nice to the trucks as a means of getting them to behave. He delivers his trucks to Knapford Station, but when the truck door is opened, the milk churns tip over and spill onto Sir Topham Hatt's trousers, much to his dismay.
