Testing the 208 gr Hornady AMax with Hodgdon H1000 turns into a successful trip with our Thompson Center Compass chambered in 300 Win Mag. This was a $200 rifle that we have been struggling to find a good load.. We load up new Norma Brass with the Federal FED215M primers. We use the previous Satterlee load development data to pick our loads for today's test.
