When you think that pickpockets on the metro in Rome are poor desperate people, you make a big mistake, they are a real criminal organization capable of making a lot of money every day at the expense of honest people who travel on public transport, creating not only the economic damage but also a real problem due to the loss of documents, smartphones and cherished memories.
