This video is my first attempt to record some bits and pieces of my sewing process for your entertainment and inspiration. As a selftaught sewer I love making my own clothes because it feels so good, both sewing and wearing them.
My found benefits:
1. Exercise. Making patterns and cutting fabric on the floor makes you move up and down, reach and stretch. And ironing can help with shoulder mobility.
2. Mindfulnessbased stress reduction.
3. Confidence. Wearing a wellfitted clothing makes us feel comfortable and more confident.
