I suggest you prepare several delicious sandwiches that are convenient to take with you to work, as a quick snack, cook for a quick breakfast or take on a picnic. I will show you how to make a Monte Cristo sandwich, a Ukrainian sandwich and a Reuben sandwich. Cook all three and choose the tastiest one for you!

Monte Cristo sandwich
4 slices of toasted bread
1 Art. l. American mustard
4 slices of ham
4 slices of Tenero Milk hard cheese from KOMO
4 Art. l. milk
2 eggs
pinch of salt
a pinch of black pepper
20 g of butter
raspberry jam (for serving)

A stepbystep recipe for making Monte Cristo sandwiches
For one sandwich, take 2 pieces of toasted bread and spread American mustard on each of them.

Place a slice of Tenero Milk hard cheese from KOMO on top of the mustard.

Place 2 slices of ham on one piece of bread with cheese and mustard. Cover the bread with the ham with the remaining piece of bread and cheese. Make the second sandwich in the same way.

Break 2 eggs into a bowl and add 4 tbsp. l. milk Add a pinch of salt and pepper, stir the mixture well with a whisk.

Put the pan on the stove and put 20 g of butter, it should melt completely. First, dip the sandwich in the egg mixture, and then put it in a pan with melted butter. Fry for 1 minute on each side. Toast both sandwiches and cut diagonally into triangles. Serve with raspberry or other jam to taste.

Ukrainian sandwich
4 slices of brisket
4 slices of Country cheese from KOMO
1/3 tsp. cumin seeds
4 slices of bread (rye or buckwheat)
2 beets
1 Art. l. mustard seeds

For pickling beets:
2 Art. l. apple or wine vinegar (6%)
100 ml of water
1 clove of garlic

A stepbystep recipe for making a "Ukrainian" sandwich
Boil beets, cut into slices and marinate. For the marinade, put beetroot slices in a bowl, pour 100 ml of water, 2 tbsp. l. apple or wine vinegar, add a crushed clove of garlic. Mix and leave for 3040 minutes.
Fry the pieces of bread in a dry pan without oil for 2 minutes on each side.
Spread toasted bread with grain mustard. Place a slice of KOMO Country cheese on top. Place a few slices of beetroot on top of the cheese, top with brisket and sprinkle with cumin. Cover one piece of bread with another.

Reuben sandwich
4 slices of rye bread
300 g of baked pork
300 g of sauerkraut
4 slices of KOMO Country cheese
50 g of butter
2 gherkins

For the sauce:
150 g of homemade mayonnaise
3 Art. l. ketchup
1 Art. l. gherkin marinade
1 tsp. white horseradish

Stepbystep recipe for making a Reuben sandwich
Pork for a sandwich needs to be baked in advance, I baked it for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. The result should be 300 g of baked meat. Cut the baked pork into thin slices.

For the sauce, put 150 g of homemade mayonnaise in a bowl, add 3 tbsp. l. ketchup and 1 tsp. white horseradish, it will add spiciness to the sauce. Mix the sauce thoroughly. If, in your opinion, its consistency is too thick, add 1 tbsp. l. gherkin marinade.

Spread 50 g of butter on one side of a slice of bread, we will toast the bread on this side.

Spread slices of KOMO Country cheese on hot bread. Spread sauce on top and lay out gherkin slices.

Put pork and sauerkraut on top. Cover one slice with another and cut in half.
