Leaks, leaks, leaks. After a hopeful ending last episode, progress on Heron, a sweet old wooden sail boat, grinds to a halt when KP discovers the water leak returns in the shop. How does one fix a roof leak outdoors amidst freezing temperatures?

As for shop air leaking into the house, how well do caulking and spray foam prevent air flow through the wall?

No matter what, there is much sanding and scraping to do before a can of varnish is cracked open again.
