As Jesus and His disciples enter a dark season leading up to the cross, Jesus takes time to teach and encourage them in John 14:115. As He tells them where He is going, what will be accomplished during what is to come, and how they can follow Him, we learn how to endure hard times, the eschatology behind Jesus’ statements, and most importantly, what we must do to be saved.
