Today I meet up with my friend Jon. He is an English guy who came to Moscow in 2017 for work and never left. Jon is a rugby league player who has played for some of the top teams in the county including CSKA and Locomotive Moscow. He also almost represented Russia at international level, find out what happened.

He will also tell us about his life here, his Russian/English family and why he never wants to leave.

Oh, and he has a famous footballing father, who has played for Manchester City and other top English teams.
