When you need to wedge a tree over but it''s too small to get a wedge in, here is what you can do. When cutting down small trees, there is sometimes not enough room for your chainsaw bar and the wedge. These are a couple techniques that will make it simple. I am cutting down these dead and dying Douglas firs. At least one of them will likely go on my Woodmizer LT15 sawmill to cut into lumber. The other may just be cut into firewood.
