It’s been a tough week of travelling to various medical appointments & testing. I spent some extra time with God and my guitar.

#IBD, #autoimmunedisease, #spinalmobility, #undiagnosed mystery Illnesses It can be mentally and physically exhausting.

We are body, mind & soul all are important but for me, soul care is crucial! Ostomy surgery affects ALL of our being.

Unfortunately, the new product number is not legible on my samples. You can order these as sample using that old number for reference but you’ll need to call them.
