What are the dimensions of your Tiny Home?
Our home is 12 feet wide and 30 feet long with a 2.5 foot "bay window" pop out area.

How much was your Tiny Home?
Our home cost was about 110k. We did do a lot of upgrades because of the precautions we were taking due to my (Olivia's) diagnosis with Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS). If you would like more information on CIRS check out our videos about that journey using the link below. We will be doing a detailed video on all the precautions we took to ensure (the best we can) an environment with proper ventilation, humidity control, low VOC's, and to avoid any potential water intrusion.

Where do we put our clothing?
Our clothing we have in our first floor bedroom closet that is to the right of our washer and dryer.

How did you find the land you are on? Did you buy or rent?
This is another question that we are going to be going into great detail on in a video. This is one of the most important parts of owning a tiny house and also one of that hardest to navigate. In short, we are renting this land from a farmer! We found this farmer through a website called Hipcamp!

What size mattress can you fit in the first floor bedroom?
The first floor bedroom can fit a queen size bed with about a foot of room at the end of the bed with the headboard being right up against the wall. This would also allow 3.5 feet from the edge of the bed and the washer/dryer and closet.
