Here's Episode 16: Wrath of the Lady, the final stage in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge! I played as Michelangelo and not only got a 100+ Hit Combo on Phase 1 with Krang without getting hit... But also beat Super Shredder WITHOUT GETTING HIT AS WELL, meaning I got the "Who Needs a Dock?" Achievement! I also left in the credits as well for those who wanted to see the secret ending for completing all the character missions!
