Eligibility for NAFTA Professional (TN) Nonimmigrant Status

The applicant is a citizen of Canada or Mexico;
The profession is on the TN NAFTA list;
Position in the United States requires a NAFTA professional;
The applicant will work in a prearranged fulltime or parttime job for an employer (see Required Documentation).
