Ep. 2 Subscribers: 98 Wow!
Today, we’re showing you all that went into preparing for this life changing move from the U.S. to the U.K. There were lots of ups and downs along the way but mostly excitement to keep us moving along. We sold, donated, or purged most of our belongings as we knew moving and downsizing from 2,000sqft to bunking with Zach’s parents would be a squeeze (although a welcome one!). We tried to enjoy the process, to say yes to as many play dates and get togethers with loved ones as possible, and to take time to make some lasting memories as a family in the gorgeous state of California. The kids got more t.v. than we'd ever imagined during this period, but we all survived and know that what’s to come will be worth it!

Some of what wasn’t shown includes the Visa, househunting/house buying, school registration, and TOR processes, which we’ll provide more details on in future videos for anyone interested in making a transition to Scotland, Whales, England, or Northern Ireland.
