I read about this socalled "bug" with the 3DS' StreetPass system and thought I would try it out for the hell of it. Turns out, it seems to have worked?! Figured I'd make this video to share the info in case others are having the same issue.

Details: If you are hitting Nintendo Zones and receiving StreetPass hits from them, but don't seem to be receiving or sending date from Tomodachi Life such as travelers and import items, try this to see if it helps at all.

Go into your system settings, then go into Data Management. From there select StreetPass, and check to see if your Tomodachi Life game is in the very first (top left corner) spot on the list of software using StreetPass. Supposedly, being in this spot produces this bug and affects the proper transmission of StreetPass data.

To move Tomodachi Life out of the first spot, simply deactivate StreetPass for another title in the list, then exit the settings menu. Go into whatever game/software you turned StreetPass off for, and turn it back on. This will put that into the first spot on the 'list' in the settings menu and bump Tomodachi Life out of the first spot. Once done then hit a few Nintendo Zones and see if you are now sending/receiving StreetPass data properly.

I don't know why this works, it's just something that I read about on a few forums and decided to try it out and had some success with it. Feel free to try it out and see if it improves your experience. Thanks for watching!
