Here's a video about my recently built Tomos A3/A35 (Standard/Quadro) with a Minarelli AM6 engine swap. I'm still in the trial and error phase, this was my second trip with the moped.

Setup:
Top performance 80cc.
Polini PWK 28mm.
Malossi VL6 Reed Valve with custom intake manifold.
Custom made Kreidler exhaust.
Suzuki TS50 Radiator.
Top speed 103km/h on GPS in 5th gear.

Problems with the bike:
Footpegs are way to low, they hit the ground at slow turns.
All the bolts break loose.
Need lighter gearing (currently 1334)
Need a higher revving exhaust (kreidler slipon)
