Amanda has been a professional artists for more than 30 years. She is a tonal impressionistic painter, more interested in light and mood than colour.

Using her “five steps” as demonstrated in her previous film, this time she places more emphasis on tone in her paintings. Working in the south east of England she chooses coastal and rural subjects including the harbour at Ramsgate, the beach at Whitstable and Reculver Towers.

Born in Australia, Amanda is a member of the prestigious Twenty Melbourne Painters Society, the Australian Watercolour Institute and the Victorian.
