. 1&1/2 tbsp peanuts

. 1&1/2 tbsp sesame

.1 &1/2 tbsp grated coconut

.2_3 tbsp oil

.curry leaves

. 1 tsp coriander seeds

.1/2 tsp cumin seeds

. 1/2 inch cinnamon

.6_7 black pepper

. 1 cardamom

. 2 cloves

.1/2 tsp hing

.turmeric powder

. red chilli powder

. small piece of tamarind

. small piece of jaggery

.salt

. coriander leaves
