Aileron, Speed brake, and flap assemblies' information. Points to note: CAUTION DRILLING YOUR MOUNTING HARDWARE HOLES!!!! Otherwise you will end up drilling through the wing. Ensure to use plenty of Loctite on your hardware and 3mm washers. You will need to assemble and install the aileron servo before moving on to the speed brake. CAUTION: Check your travel on the Speed brake servo before installing to ensure it doesn't over travel. There is not a lot of distance needed for the speed brake to open fully. Check the tightness of the of the aileron/speed brake mounting and lubricate for smooth operation. Finally, ensure you lubricate the flap hinges for smooth operation and the geometry for the arm is perpendicular. There is a servo cover that is also a missile mount that comes with the kit that can be added to put over the aileron servo. Installation of that will be covered in a later video.
