Hey Guys! I just got this Too Faced Born This Way Natural Nudes Mini Eyeshadow palette in Cold Smolder Nudes this week!

There are 2 different Natural Nudes mini palettes available the Warm Ember Nudes and this Cold Smolder Nudes. I didn’t get the warm one mainly because the shimmers are not as pretty as the ones in the cool version. But both of them are pretty common warm and cool tones shadows that we have seen many times.

In terms of formulas, the mattes are a little dry, which is somewhat typical for Too Faced eyeshadows. However, they apply well on the eyelids with eyeshadow brush, as usual. I like the 3 mattes in this palette, they works great together as transition and contour shades.

As for the shimmers, the lightest shade can be a bit messy as there are lots of microglitters in it. It also has quite a bit of fallout as well. Although the shine is beautiful, it’s not my favorite shimmer formula from Too Faced. The other 2 shimmers are pretty standard, they have high pigmentation and are creamy.

From the comparison with the Pretty Grunge palette from Huda Beauty, although they’re both cool tone palettes and quite similar at a glance, Pretty Grunge leans more toward pinky tones and they’re more different than I thought.

Overall, this is a nice palette and great for travel! I really appreciate they put a full mirror on the cover of the palette. It is so convenient. I also like their packaging. It feel very secure and compact. Nice job!
